Justice for Protective Mothers es una asociación internacional sin ánimo de lucro con sede en Ginebra (Suiza), dedicada a proteger a las madres y defender los derechos fundamentales de los niños.
Estamos al lado de las mujeres que han sufrido violencia doméstica, control coercitivo, violencia tras la separación, deficiencias institucionales o situaciones en las que no han podido obtener una protección efectiva para ellas mismas o para sus hijos.
En muchos países, las madres protectoras se enfrentan a sistemas jurídicos y administrativos complejos que pueden dejarlas sin una protección adecuada. Algunas son separadas de sus hijos, otras se ven obligadas a seguir interactuando con exparejas maltratadoras y otras se ven forzadas a abandonar sus hogares o incluso sus países en busca de seguridad.
Nuestra misión es proporcionar orientación, incidencia internacional, apoyo en la preparación de documentación y acceso a redes de confianza para que las madres puedan comprender mejor sus derechos, organizar sus casos y buscar protección a través de vías legales y adecuadas.
Creemos que todo niño tiene derecho a crecer libre de violencia y que toda madre protectora merece ser escuchada, respetada y tratada con dignidad.

Help organise documentation for legal proceedings and human rights mechanisms
Promote international cooperation between professionals and organisations
Raise awareness of institutional violence affecting mothers and children
Contribute to research, advocacy and strategic initiatives aimed at improving protection systems
Encourage collaboration between protective mothers, NGOs, legal professionals and human rights experts to build stronger international support networks.
