Standing with Protective Mothers.

Protecting Children.

Promoting Justice

Justice for Protective Mothers is an international non-profit association based in Geneva, Switzerland, dedicated to protecting mothers and defending the fundamental rights of children.

We stand alongside women who have experienced domestic violence, coercive control, post-separation abuse, institutional failures, or situations in which they have been unable to obtain effective protection for themselves or their children.

In many countries, protective mothers face complex legal and administrative systems that can leave them without adequate protection. Some are separated from their children, some are forced to continue interacting with abusive former partners, and others are compelled to leave their homes or even their countries in search of safety.

Our mission is to provide guidance, international advocacy, documentation support and access to trusted networks so that mothers are better equipped to understand their rights, organise their cases and seek protection through lawful and appropriate channels.

We believe that every child has the right to grow up free from violence and that every protective mother deserves to be heard, respected and treated with dignity.

What We Believe

Every child has the right to grow up free from violence, abuse and fear.

Protective mothers should never be punished for seeking to protect their children.

Domestic violence, coercive control and institutional abuse require coordinated international action and accountability.

Human rights, due process and the best interests of every child must prevail.

Access to justice should be equally available to every family, regardless of nationality or circumstances.

International cooperation strengthens child protection and supports protective mothers across national borders.
